KW Suspension Variant 3 Coilover Kit for BMW E92 M3

KW suspensions announces their Variant 3 stainless steel constructed coil-over for the 2008 BMW M3. The KW coilover suspension for the 2008 BMW M3 enables the owner to lower their vehicle 10-40mm on the front axle and 5-35mm on the rear axle and retains enough travel to handle maximum load and dynamic loads during driving.

Variant 3 permits an even higher degree of customization to the suspension. Adjustable (and independent reacting) rebound and compression damping allows a truly individual performance driving setup for those technically demanding drivers. Compression dampening adjustment is conducted in the low-speed range, while the high-speed set-up, so decisive for driving comfort, has been pre set by KW engineers.

2008 BMW M3 models equipped with the optional Electronic Dampening Control (EDC) may utilize KW's code isolator unit. KW code isolator unit disarms the factory EDC while preventing unwelcome error codes to the factory ECU. Important characteristics such as safety, quality and performance are all taken into consideration with each KW coilover design. Each vehicle application is specifically designed and engineered for a proper range of motion, min/max weight loads and min/max lowering. All these requirements are met while retaining it's performance handling characteristics.

The stainless steel construction internally and externally provides long term durability and corrosion resistance from the elements. Variant 1 - factory set dampening
The KW Variant 1 Coilover system is the ideal introductory system for customers who prefer to rely on the experience of our KW engineers for damper settings, but require the ability to adjust the height of the vehicle to their needs.

In extensive driving tests our engineers have set the dampers for the best balance between sporty driving, comfort and safety.

Variant 2 - rebound adjustable dampening
The KW Variant 2 is the system intended for the experienced driver who requires to not only determine the individual lowering of their vehicle, but adjust the damper setting to fine tune the system to their needs.

The adjustable rebound damper allows adjustment of the pitch and roll behavior of the vehicle, adapting it to one's own driving preferences.

Variant 3 - compression & rebound adjustable
The new KW Variant 3 is state-of-the-art technology for the discriminating and experience driver. The separate and independent compression and rebound damping options allow a truly individual driving set-up.

These unique systems with the 3 adjustable components, allows for adjustment of the compression and rebound of the damper in the low-speed range, allowing you to custom tailor your suspension to your driving needs.
