PowerFlex Urethane Bushings for BMW E46 3 Series (1999 - 2006)

The factory never could get this bushing quite right, making it a replacement item about every 30,000 miles. Our Powerflex replacements not only give you the added performance of urethane, but their innovative 2 piece design takes away the twisting load of the factory parts, meaning they will last longer as well. Urethane control arm bushings also give higher performance under braking (allow less geometry change) and crisper turn-in characteristics.

Non-Xi Notes:
These bushings fit all non-M 4 Door 1999+ 3 Series and all other 2000+ 3 Series body styles, including 323, 325, 328, 330, and M3. Z4s and all E46 non-M/non-Xi cars from and including 02/01 production use a 66mm bushing. Due to factory recalls, the E46 cars prior to this production date may have either the 60mm or 66mm diameter bushing - please measure and verify your specific car before ordering, we cannot tell you what the diameter is (outside diameter of stock bushing, inside aluminum bracket).

• All E46 M3 use 60mm bushings and a pre-pressed housing set is not available currently for these cars

Xi Specific (AWD) Notes:

• E46 Xi cars can use either a 60mm or 66mm bushing (as above). Please measure so we send you the correct part.
• All E46 Xi AWD cars use a specific bushing and a pre-pressed housing is not available.
