Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd Return Policy
Returns
Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd. will not accept unauthorized returns. A 25% restocking fee applies to all parts. and shipping fees are NOT refundable. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs both to and from the customer for returned items will be the customer's responsibility. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and received by Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd. within 10 days of your original receiptof the product. Item(s) will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.
SpecialOrders
Special orders are not returnable or cancellable after your credit card has been billed and the corresponding order is placed with our vendor. We will do our best to accomodate special order changes (eg.color, finish, etc.) when requested in a timely manner. The ability to make changes to special orders will be left soley to the descretion of our vendors or manufacturers.
Special order items include but are not limited to the following:
- Vorsteiner, Straßentech AND any othercarbon fiber partsvalued at $300 or more
- Ground Control suspension systems due tocustomizable spring rates
- All wheels & tire packages or wheel sets in custom colors
- Any parts ordered by color
- HRE wheels
- All BMW OEM parts
- any other items otherwise indicated on a product page as a special order item.
Refused Shipments
For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $25.00or a 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater to cover costs associatedwith processingyour order. Shipping charges are NOT refundable and the cost of the return shipment will also be deducted from the refund due after deducting restocking fee.
Damaged Items
Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd. and its suppliers give merchandise to carriers properly packaged and protected, therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. If damage is discovered opening the package, notify the carrier and Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd. immediately. Damage claims must be handled through the insurance provided by the carrier It is the customers responsibility to open and examine the contents of the package at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the denial of damage claims by the carrier. Bimmer Performance Store will NOT reimburse or replace your product if a damage claim is denied becuase the customer does not follow these instructions.
