About Vorsteiner |
Vorsteiner's brand and root foundation is built upon building nothing but the absolute highest quality parts for the most discerning clientele. Our relentless pursuit of advancement and perfection can be clearly seen through our parts and our staff.
Our brand is the embodiment of Vorteiner and its cars, reflecting the aesthetic beauty of technically advanced solutions and the very soul that comes from hands that create purely sensational parts.
Vorsteiner's vision is quite simple. The company vision is to create the most advanced, innovative quality parts that each and every customer can be proud of.
Each and every part must be tested and pass our highly detailed quality control before leaving the Vorsteiner factory. Our customers expect nothing less than the best parts from Vorsteiner. We naturally expect nothing less from our own customers. |

Technology |
Vorsteiner's brand foundation is rooted on our key technological advancements in the automotive industry. This is
why our focus to develop true lightweight components through the use of our proprietary vacuum technology manufacturing
& forged aluminum technology.
The lighter the car the more power and handling feedback is sent back to the driver. As a result of replacement of steel and
aluminum body panels, the power to weight ratio of Vorsteiner tuned vehicles is fully maximized. |
 |
Key Benefits & Highlights of Forged Aluminum Technology: |
- Maximizes Power to Weight Ratio
- Reduces vehicle unsprung weight
- Decreases vehicle fuel usage
- Improves stiffness & structural rigidity
- Custom offsets & sizes for maximum traction & sporty apperance
- Exhibits extremely long life even under extreme conditions

DVWP Information:
|
This newly developed high tech composite production processes called dry vacuumed Woven plastic (DVWP) is to replace wetlay up Fiberglass and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic materials.
DVWP is formed using a high compression vacuum process much like the dry carbon fiber production process, to produce multiple layers of air tight composite sheets that are impregnated and bonded with the resins to create a tight and strong chemical bond.
This dry vacuumed Woven plastic is advantageous in many ways to wet lay up fiberglass that typically has a much lower material density (measured by kilos per cubic decimeter) making it much heavier than the new DVWP parts.
DVWP also exhibits a higher heat tolerance enabling the material to retain its structural shape and design under high temperature environments and everyday driving conditions.
• Elimination of air bubbles and air pockets
• Reduction of parts warping and waving over time
• 25-35% weight reduction over fiberglass wetlay up process
• Superior fitment of final parts due to increased control of material thickness
• Stiffer and more durable parts due to full impregnation and bonding of resins into composite layers
• Superior quality control and finish
This vacuum forming process is ultimately designed to allow the DVWP finished parts to maximize weight to strength ratios, offering superior stiffness and durability much like Vorsteiner's Dry Carbon Fiber Vacuumed Plastic.

Carbon Fiber Information: |
Vorsteiner has researched and developed unique high tech carbon fiber and composite production processes to produce aerodynamic components specially made of dry carbon fiber vacuumed plastic (DCFVP). The Vorsteiner factory utilizes a high compression vacuum process to produce the high quality hand made parts for its customers.
An example of this technology would be the BMW Williams Formula One race vehicles that are fully developed with this high tech lightweight carbon material.
The benefits of the Vorsteiner Carbon Fiber process:
|
- Elimination of air bubbles and air pockets
- Compressed carbon fiber strands, giving the carbon fiber surface a 3-d look.
- 15-35% reduction in weight over wetlay up process
- Superior fitment of final parts due to the increased control of material thickness
- Stiffer and more durable parts due to the full impregnation of resins into carbon fiber layers
- Superior quality control
- Vorsteiner's innovative use of high tech composite materials and processes ultimately improves the vehicle's overall performance and agility, while reducing the vehicle's weight and overall fuel consumption.
