Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd Shipping Policy

Shipping
Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd. and its suppliers give merchandise to carriers properly packaged and protected, therefore, damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier. If a package appears damaged when you receive it, indicate the condition of the package on your receipt from the carrier. If damage is discovered opening the package, notify the carrier and Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd. immediately. Damage claims must be handled through the carrier, not Bimmer Performance Store, Ltd. It is the customers responsibility to open and examine the contents of the package at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the denial of damage claims by the carrier. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated in product description or a special offer has been extended through a discount coupon code.

Shipping to 3rd Party or Alternate Address
If you would like your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, we require that all the credit card information be verified with your issuing bank. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. Simply contact your credit card company and let them know that you would like to add an alternate address. If your credit card company does not participate in this, simply have them list the address in your account notes or memo area. This will help avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order. ALL orders placed using PayPal MUST ship to a confirmed PayPal address (No exceptions).

International Shipments
Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipments. Customs and insurance values MUST be the actual purchase price of the item. All shipments by UPS Worldwide Express and Worldwide Expedited and shipments to Canada by UPS Canada Standard are subject to brokerage fees These fees are the customer's responsibility. In some circumstances, we ship from a distributor that will collect customs fees/duties in advance. We will contact you with a total that will need to be added to your order and arrange payment.
